RainbowHands' Artist-in-Chief, Sally Thurston, is the owner of Blue Skies Inn. In addition, she was the General Contractor for the construction of the inn. She is responsible for all of the elaborate tile work, the faux finish walls and the hand painting that grace the inn today.
